Senior Fashion AI Art Director / Creative Director (m/w/d) - #2703079

We are looking for a Senior Fashion AI Art Director Creative Director to help shape that future with us.

• Develop visual concepts, worlds, and narratives for fashion campaigns, editorials, and lookbooks with AI
• Translate brand DNA into distinctive visual languages and creative directions
• Art-direct casting, styling, composition, lighting, materials, movement, and atmosphere
• Lead the creative development of AI-generated imagery in collaboration with the Chief Creative Officer
• Push beyond imitation toward original visual authorship and experimentation
• Research fashion, culture, visual trends, and emerging technologies to identify new creative opportunities
• Question existing approaches and initiate new creative processes, methodologies, and ideas
• Help shape K.I.N.D 's creative philosophy and visual point of view

You are first and foremost a fashion creative with a strong point of view.

• 5+ years of experience in Creative Direction, Art Direction, Styling, Fashion Design, Photography, or a related creative field
• A strong understanding of fashion, styling, casting, materials, composition, lighting, and visual culture
• Experience directing fashion campaigns, editorials, lookbooks, or comparable visual work
• A sophisticated visual eye and a strong sense of taste and cultural relevance
• Strong conceptual thinking and the ability to turn ideas into compelling visual outcomes
• Curiosity about new technologies and new forms of image-making — AI experience is not required
• A proactive, experimental mindset and the desire to question, improve, and push things forward
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Comfort working in an ambitious, fast-moving start-up environment
• Ability to work on-site in Hamburg at least three days per week

This is a senior creative role at the intersection of fashion, image-making, technology, and cultural vision.
You will develop and direct visual concepts for campaigns, editorials, lookbooks, and digital experiences, translating brand DNA into distinctive and compelling imagery.
You do not need to be an AI expert. We will teach you the tools and technology. What you bring is a strong fashion background, a sophisticated visual eye, and the creative experience to know what makes an image desirable, relevant, and emotionally powerful.
You will work closely with AI artists, stylists, and technical specialists to explore new forms of image-making — while helping shape K.I.N.D's creative language and point of view.

You will join an early-stage team at a moment when fashion, creativity, and technology are fundamentally changing.
You will have the freedom to experiment, challenge established ways of working, and help define what the next generation of fashion imagery looks like.
