Who We’re Looking For

As a key member of the DACH commercial team in Germany, the Territory Manager will sell and promote Laborie’s range of products (Equipment and Consumables for Urology and Gastroenterology), provide also repair, service and maintenance in both public and private hospitals.

About The Role

• Achieve agreed budgets, focused on sales growth.
• Present, in-service and sell Laborie products and services to current and potential clients.
• Support and advise the physician on the correct use of Laborie products.
• Present brand value propositions and value-added customer solutions. Leverage overall Laborie range, focusing on account penetration.
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business
• Advanced presentation and negotiation skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• German is native language. Proficiency in English with the ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing
• Full driving license
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong ability to spot business opportunities and to persuade and influence others
• Used to work independently with a high level of time management skills
• Good PC knowledge and technical skills
