Your tasks

The Opportunity

We are looking for an Enablement Manager who can drive and facilitate enablement efforts across Adobe’s Worldwide Field Organization in EMEA that support our go-to-market strategy and align to the Field Organisation’s business priorities. This includes assisting in defining, leading, delivering and measuring high-impact initiatives that on-board and up-level our sales and technical teams, key to our business and customer success goals!

This person will work directly with EMEA Field Stakeholders, most often Sales leaders and Solution Consulting leaders (technical pre-sales), to scope the development needs and enablement success criteria of their organisations. The role also includes working in close partnership with Enablement team members to ensure regional relevance of global programs.

What You'll Do

  • Support the planning, execution and success of global enablement programs in EMEA, such as onboarding, and ensure representation of the requirements and needs of the regional field organizations you support in program scope and design.
  • Engage with the Field to identify skills gaps and requirements that impact key productivity drivers. Regularly review and resolve prioritization of programs, budget and participants with Field leaders.
  • Define and program manage select, high-impact regional-specific enablement initiatives targeted at improving performance and productivity.
  • Influence the direction of training activities, content and assessments, to ensure the quality and effectiveness of the learning experience.
  • Communicate and drive program success in partnership with Field leadership.
  • Partner with other enablement contributors such as Operations teams, Employee Experience, Talent Development, Product teams, training vendors and subject matter authorities to ensure creative and aligned solutions to improve field skills and productivity.
  • Develop your own skills by participating in the many educational opportunities Adobe offers!

What You Need to Succeed

Experience in a customer-facing field role (such as Sales, Presales or Customer Success) is a huge plus and/or 6+ years in an Enablement role. Flexibility to adapt to rapid change and the unique ability to balance strategic, critical thinking with tactical execution is essential.

Skills

  • Excellent written and oral presentation and communication skills, adaptable to all levels of the organisation. (English and German a must, other European languages a plus.)
  • High EQ, strong listening skills, and compassion for our learners.
  • An understanding of adult learning concepts.
  • Ability to establish and build close and sustainable working relationships across a matrixed organisation at all levels and resolve roadblocks through collaboration and perseverance.
  • Learner focused, attention to detail, a passion for collaborative planning and decision-making to drive alignment and prioritisation.
  • Ability to identify and articulate business priorities and measurement of success metrics.
  • High-level skills in Office tools – MS Word, PPT, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook.

Experience

  • In-depth understanding of an IT company’s organizational structure and customer-facing field roles.
  • Experience managing, scoping, designing, and implementing enablement programs or other related background in enablement.
  • Validated experience in leading and delivering multiple projects and streams of work concurrently.
  • Experience working with geographically dispersed and culturally diverse teams.
  • Strong personal credibility to become a trusted advisor and to garner support around new insights and initiatives.
