traceless is a young company - with a big vision: a future free of pollution and waste! Our award-winning company was founded in Hamburg in 2020 by our female founding duo Anne and Johanna. By now we are a diverse team from different disciplines, ages and twelve nationalities, united by our common mission: to contribute to solving plastic pollution and build the regenerative industry of the future. To achieve this, we are working to bring our materials to market quickly and to build our first large-scale production facility in Hamburg-Harburg.

Your Impact
- Responsibility for Electrical Infrastructure: in the development of new production sites. You will be responsible for the planning and implementation of electrical systems and infrastructure at our new locations and production facilities. You will support construction management in all phases of electrical and building services engineering — from planning and installation to final inspection and acceptance.
- Coordination: You will be responsible for liaising with planning offices and motivating them to adopt a sustainable approach to thinking and implementation.
- Conceptualisation: You will express your ideas in concepts and drafts so that you can make targeted suggestions to planning offices.
- Innovative Technologies: You are eager to pave the way for new technologies in industry and do not shy away from obstacles.

Your profile
- Educational Background: You have a degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics or a related field, or you have completed training as an electronics technician.
- Technical Expertise: You have more than 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, either in the design/engineering or construction of production facilities requiring the construction/extension and commissioning of medium and low voltage infrastructure.
- Technology expert:You have in-depth knowledge of project planning, management and support, and experience in creating electrical circuit diagrams (EPLAN), through the design and sizing of electrical systems and containment. You also have expertise in EI&C technology and automation technology in the context of implementing systems and plants.
- Know-how: From medium-voltage substation connections and transformers to electric charging stations and switch cabinet supply for plant technology, drive motors and office lighting, the entire field of electrification is your playground.
- Conceptualisation: You have experience in developing and designing, from engineering, through project management to commissioning.
- Sustainability assessment: You assess the impact of your activities to maximise our efficiency and try to take a holistic approach. You are not satisfied with the status quo, but strive to make it more sustainable.
- Selfinitiated Driver: You are willing to take responsibility for topics and are proactively taking the lead. You are familiar with delivering solutions within budget, in time and quality, and are keen on developing yourself with every single challenge you solve.
