CUSTOMER CONSULTANT/ ERP CONSULTANT/ SOFTWARE CONSULTANT (M/F/D) FOR CRAFTSMAN SOFTWARE IN FIELD SERVICE (M/F/D)

YOUR MISSION

You advise the trade on the use of our software & apps and thus make a major contribution to their digitalization.

You enjoy optimizing operational processes. You like to work in the middle of the action and adapt to your counterpart at lightning speed.

Happy customers and their successful integration into our software are your top priority.

YOUR TASKS

• Initial setup and introduction to the ERP software for craft businesses
• Implementation of training courses
• Organizational consulting (no sales)
• Upgrades and integration of innovations into our customers' work processes
• Creation and implementation of customized digitalization plans
• Regular participation in internal training courses
  
  

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed vocational training in the commercial or craft sector
• Preferably with further training as a business economist, (business) specialist or similar (m/f/d) - no prerequisite
• Enjoy advising customers
• High level of willingness to develop and learn
• Quick comprehension, good communication skills
• Enjoyment of traveling
• Enjoy optimizing commercial and operational processes
• Confident demeanor and an open manner
