We’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst who’s not just experienced, but visionary—someone who connects dots others don’t even see yet. In this role, you’ll take the lead in developing high-impact, data-driven strategies and elevate our analytics game across social, influencer, and paid media.
Your expertise in analytics, AI integration, and predictive modeling will power smarter decisions, sharper campaigns, and seamless collaboration across teams. You won’t just deliver insights—you’ll shape the way we think about data.
Your tasks
- You lead deep-dive performance analyses across social, influencer, and paid media, turning complexity into clear strategic guidance
- You implement advanced analytics methods like predictive modeling, forecasting, and AI-enhanced insights to unlock new opportunities
- You own and evolve social listening and competitor benchmarking processes to stay ahead of market trends
- You mentor junior analysts, inspiring critical thinking, curiosity, and a strong sense of data storytelling
- You collaborate closely with Strategy, Creative, and Paid Media teams to infuse every step with insight and measurable value

- You bring 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Data Analyst in digital strategy or agency settings
- You’re an expert in tools like GWI, Pulsar, and Looker Studio, and skilled at turning raw data into actionable foresight
- You have deep experience with advanced analytics, and you're excited by the power of AI to push boundaries
- You’re a confident leader and mentor, with a knack for growing both people and ideas
- You communicate with clarity and authority—internally and with top-tier global clients
- You speak fluent English; German, French, or other European languages are a big plus
