Job Summary
Are you passionate about Personal Care and ready to bring your marketing expertise to enhance our digital footprint? As Junior Marketing Manager, you will lead marketing initiatives that support business growth – executing digital campaigns, optimizing lead conversion, and partnering with Sales and clients to promote innovative raw materials.

General Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain marketing and sales tools such as presentations, brochures, and digital content
• Drive digital marketing initiatives, including campaigns, webinars, and lead conversion in collaboration with Sales Managers
• Manage and optimize online platforms, including DKSH Discover and LinkedIn, to increase brand visibility and engagement
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams across local and European networks to support marketing strategies
• Monitor market trends and participate in exhibitions to identify opportunities and support raw material listings like Natrue
  
  
  

Functional Skills And Knowledge

• Degree in Chemistry or a similar related discipline
• Prior experience in a digital marketing position preferred
• Fluent in German and English; any other language is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently and autonomously in a multicultural environment
• Strong organizational skills, collaborative, and communicative personality
