Job Description

Blue Projects is seeking a motivated and experienced Project Manager eager to make a tangible impact in the industrial sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage industrial projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet client specifications, timelines, and budget constraints.
• Develop and implement project plans, including scope, schedule, cost estimates, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, architects, contractors, and clients.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and sustainability practices.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders, providing regular project updates and addressing any issues promptly.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Process, or related field).
• Proven experience (5+ years) in project management within the industrial sector, with a focus on MEP, Utilities, and Process projects.
• Strong understanding of sustainability principles and their application in engineering and project management.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
• Available to relocate periodically on clients' site
