Academy Performance & Operations Manager - Middle - #2772932

To strengthen our Aerospace & Defence team, we are looking for an Academy Performance & Operations Manager to join projects for a leading international customer in the aerospace industry.

The successful candidate will be involved in performance management and operational coordination activities within an Engineering Academy, contributing to the definition and implementation of performance standards, monitoring solutions, and structured reporting processes.

The role will focus on translating competence development and learning requirements into effective operational tools, ensuring transparent budget monitoring and the regular delivery of data and reports to both internal Academy management and business customers.

Activities

• Define and implement performance standards and operational solutions to monitor Engineering Academy activities.
• Design, configure, and maintain simplified digital dashboards to provide clear visibility of key performance indicators.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of operational and management reporting processes, ensuring information accuracy and accessibility.
• Support Financial Management and Budget Monitoring activities, promoting transparency and traceability of financial information.
• Establish and support structured Reporting and Risk Management workflows.
• Translate learning and competence development requirements into practical tools and operational solutions supporting Academy activities.
• Prepare and regularly deliver data, analyses, and reports to internal Academy management and Business Centers.
• Provide advisory support to teams, contributing to the improvement of operational processes and the effective use of management tools.
• Support multidisciplinary and international teams in adopting new working methods and managing organizational change.
  
  
  

Technical Skills

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in Interface Management, Project Management, and Stakeholder Management.
• Good knowledge of Project Management methodologies and tools.
• Good understanding of Change Management processes and methodologies.
• Proven experience in Data Analysis.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace tools.
• Experience in Quality Management will be considered an advantage.
• Experience with digital dashboards will be considered a plus.
• Excellent command of English, at a professional negotiation level.
• Knowledge of German and/or French will be considered an advantage.

Contract Terms

• Type: German permanent contract
• Annual Salary: €71,000 – €85,000
• Full-time
• Hybrid work model (based in Germany)
