At HELM Pharmaceuticals in Hamburg, we develop high-quality generic drugs for international markets. To strengthen our Corporate IT team, we are looking for an experienced Senior IT Support Technician (m/f/d) to support our locations in Germany, Portugal, and Switzerland.

In this role, you will provide local end-user support, manage modern workplace technologies based on Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Copilot, coordinate with external IT service providers, and support the ongoing development of our IT infrastructure as part of our international carve-out.

Your Responsibilities:

• First- and second-level support for users in Germany, Portugal, and Switzerland
• Support for Windows desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and Microsoft 365 applications
• Administration of user accounts, permissions, and Workplace technologies
• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT hardware and software
• Handling incidents and service requests via ITSM and ticketing systems
• Collaboration with internal IT teams and external service providers
• Support for LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and communication solutions
• Participation in international IT projects and rollouts
• Ensuring adherence to IT security, compliance, and corporate standards
• Assisting users with modern AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot / Claude
  
  
  

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training or a degree in computer science, IT system administration, IT support, or a related field
• At least five years of professional experience in IT support, IT service desk, or end-user support
• Very good knowledge of: Windows,Microsoft 365,Active Directory, LAN / WLAN,TCP/IP and VPN
• Workstation and End-User Device Technologies
• Experience with IT service management processes and ticket systems
• Good knowledge of IT security and user management
• Experience in regulated environments (e.g., pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences) is a plus
• Excellent command of German and English
• Experience working professionally with AI-powered workplace solutions such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or similar applications
• Strong service orientation, ability to work independently, and excellent problem-solving skills
