HSE BoP Specialist (m/f/d) - nationwide - #2760644

YOUR TASKS

• Ensure all construction projects meet applicable HSE requirements and Nordex standards while supporting safe project execution throughout BOP and civil works phases
• Develop and maintain project-specific HSE documentation including HSE plans, emergency plans, traffic management plans, and site induction materials
• Conduct incident reporting and investigations, support risk assessments, and monitor high-risk activities to drive preventive actions
• Coordinate training compliance, site inductions, safety inspections, PPE checks, and task-specific HSE awareness activities for employees and subcontractors
• Manage environmental topics including waste, hazardous materials, emissions, resource consumption, and compliance with environmental processes
• Coordinate HSE activities between clients, subcontractors, and project teams while supporting compliance with applicable regulations and internal management systems
• Perform HSE inspections and audits, identify improvement opportunities, and promote HSE best practices across construction and manufacturing activities
  
  

YOUR PROFILE

• Certified Safety Specialist (SiFa) qualification, a comparable qualification, or relevant training and/or professional experience in safety-related functions, ideally within the construction or wind energy sector.
• At least 2 years of experience in construction and knowledge of machinery inspection
• Experience with concrete manufacturing, precast concrete infrastructure, technological control processes, and construction safety procedures
• Knowledge of applicable German and European HSE regulations as well as ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards
• Ability to prepare technical reports, conduct HSE training, and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary project stakeholders
• Proficient in MS Office and digital reporting tools with the ability to work independently in a dynamic project environment
• Very good English skills, Good German skills are a plus
