Join Lenovo Solutions Services Group (SSG) as a Solutions Services Executive, where you will help enterprise customers across Northern Germany accelerate their digital, workplace, infrastructure, and AI transformation journeys. Acting as a trusted advisor and strategic business partner, you will work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to identify growth opportunities, develop innovative solutions, and drive complex services-led engagements. In this role, you will report to the Sr. Solutions Services Executive Manager and play a key part in expanding Lenovo's Services, Digital Workplace, Data Center, and AI business across the region.

What Will You Do

• Act as a domain specialist and trusted advisor, partnering with Account Teams to develop customer relationships and drive Digital Workplace, Data Center and AI-enabled transformation opportunities.
• Orchestrate Lenovo’s end-to-end portfolio across Devices, Infrastructure, Services and AI solutions, bringing together cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric business outcomes.
• Build and coordinates high-performing teams to design and position complex solutions that maximize value for customers and Lenovo.
• Identify, qualify and develop new business opportunities, creating sales strategies that drive growth in existing and new accounts.
• Establish executive-level relationships and translates customer business challenges into scalable and financially viable solutions.
• Manage customer expectations and acts as the bridge between customers, solutioning teams and delivery organizations.
• Serve as the key interface between Sales, Business Partners, stakeholders and Lenovo leadership to accelerate opportunity progression.
• Drive opportunities through Lenovo’s governance process, ensuring alignment with growth, profitability and strategic priorities.
  
  

What You Will Bring

• 5+ years of experience selling professional and managed services into enterprise and corporate environments, ideally covering Device-as-a-Service (DaaS), Digital Workplace Services, Data Center solutions, and IT services portfolios.
• Strong expertise in territory and account management, including strategic account planning, opportunity qualification, stakeholder mapping, pipeline development, and end-to-end sales execution.
• Proven ability to engage, influence, and present effectively to diverse stakeholders, from C-level executives and business leaders to finance teams and technical decision-makers.
• Recognized as a trusted advisor who can lead conversations around digital transformation, AI adoption, and modern workplace strategies, helping customers translate vision into measurable business outcomes.
• Demonstrated track record of successfully leading large-scale and complex IT opportunities across sales, consulting, pre-sales, post-sales, and transformational services engagements.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Solid knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI concepts, with an understanding of their application across Digital Workplace, Data Center, and Services environments; experience selling security and sustainability solutions is considered a strong advantage.
