Your mission

• Managing the store from a business perspective and leading the sales team to achieve the store's sales targets
• As a fashion expert and representative of the Closed brand, you know the needs of our customers and offer a high level of service and fashion advice
• Leading, training and motivating the team, including training new employees
• Staff deployment and vacation planning
• Attractive presentation of the Closed collections on the sales floor
• Supporting the team in achieving the store's sales targets
• Carrying out operational tasks such as checkout procedures, deliveries, inventory and visual merchandising
  
  

Your profile

• You have several years of experience in retail, preferably in the textile industry
• You have a talent for leading and motivating a team
• You work in a structured and organized manner
• You always acquire the necessary merchandise knowledge and live the Closed brand
• Fluent Dutch and good English skills
