In this role you will be responsible for complementing and supporting Key Account Executives activities for designated Regional and Local Key Accounts.

In this role you will be responsible for complementing and supporting Key Account Executives activities for designated Regional and Local Key Accounts.
- Smooth customer and service oriented performance for designated key accounts
- Pro-active account management and development incl. follow-up on sales leads
- Make quotations to customers for designated accounts incl. follow-up
- Negotiate prices and secure best cargo mix
- Produce and update ratesheets
- Active communicator with international internal as well as external stakeholders
- Escalation point for enquiries or complaints
- Liaise cross functionally to overcome operational issues
- Ensure compliance with company rules
- Promoting e-commerce platform and self-service tools as applicable
- A minimum of 3 years of professional shipping experience preferably within Inside Sales/Key Account
- Distinct customer and service focus
- Persuasive, target- and result oriented, competitive with strong communication and negotiating skills
- Advanced MS Excel or Google Sheet skills and a strong administrative focus
- Broad shipping knowledge with cross functional and commercial mind-set & knowhow
- Business fluent in English and local language
- Strong digital orientation and growth mind-set
