Join Joli! Our International Client Consulting Team is looking for a new team member to work on exciting projects for well-known international clients across different markets.

You will act as a key contact for our clients, manage projects from concept to execution, and ensure strong communication between clients, internal teams and external partners.

A key part of this role will be supporting a well-known international beauty brand in the Swedish market. In addition to your Client Consulting responsibilities, you will take ownership of core Creator Marketing tasks and manage Swedish creators throughout the campaign process.

Client Consulting & Campaign Management

• Concept Development: You develop creative concepts for different clients and platforms, always tailored to the target audience, format, and campaign objective.

• Client Consulting & Stakeholder Management: You act as a trusted point of contact for our clients and ensure clear, professional, and confident communication between clients and all internal and external project stakeholders.

• Production Coordination: You plan and coordinate social media productions and support scheduling and logistics with videographers, creators, and clients.

• Campaign Management: You create and manage timelines, budgets, and proposals while keeping the overall campaign objectives in mind. You take ownership of the planning, execution, and ongoing management of influencer and social media campaigns.

• Performance & Reporting: You monitor relevant KPIs, analyse campaign performance, and develop actionable optimisation strategies. You prepare and present results in a clear, visually engaging, and client-ready format.

• International Client Collaboration: You support clients across different markets and adapt communication, campaigns, and strategic recommendations to different audiences and cultural contexts.

• Creator Sourcing: You identify and source relevant Swedish creators based on campaign strategy, target audience, brand fit, content style, and campaign objectives.

• Creator Outreach & Negotiation: You approach creators and talent managements, negotiate fees, deliverables, usage rights, timelines, and campaign conditions, and ensure agreements remain within the defined campaign budget.

• Creator Management: You manage Swedish creators throughout the full campaign process – from initial outreach and briefing to content creation, feedback, approvals, go-live, and final reporting.

• Experience & Expertise: You have at least 2–3 years of professional experience in marketing, client consulting, campaign management, or Creator Marketing, ideally within social media or influencer marketing.

• Creator Marketing Experience: You have hands-on experience working with creators and/or talent managements, including creator sourcing, outreach, negotiation, briefing, and campaign coordination.

• Swedish Market Understanding: You have a strong understanding of the Swedish creator and social media landscape and know which creators, trends, platforms, and formats resonate with Swedish audiences.

• Client-Facing Experience: You are confident working directly with clients and know how to build trusted, professional relationships.

• Project & Time Management: You have strong organisational and project management skills and are comfortable managing several campaigns, creators, and stakeholders simultaneously.

• Strategic & Analytical Thinking: You combine commercial understanding with a strong sense of campaign strategy, budget management, and KPI-driven analysis.

• Ownership & Problem Solving: You work independently, take responsibility for your projects, and approach challenges pragmatically and solution-oriented.

• Creative & Visual Understanding: You have a strong eye for design, aesthetics, storytelling, and social-first content.

• International Mindset: You enjoy working with international clients and teams and feel comfortable navigating different markets and cultural contexts.

• Language Skills: You are fluent in Swedish and English at a professional level. Additional languages are a plus.
