Buyer Growth Manager (DACH-Market) - #2736141

Responsibilities

• Own the GMV of the DACH-market. Be the first person accountable for the DACH-market buyers growth；
• Gain deep insight into the regional e-commerce market, industry trends, buyer structure and competitor moves. Identify growth opportunities and key issues.
• Build the regional growth strategy independently: set the the growth path, the priorities and the tactics, and drive cross-team execution.
• Use data to break down the growth drivers, new buyers, repurchase, categories, channels, buyer types, etc., and keep improving the strategy and resource allocation.
• Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, industry associations and partners.

Job Requirements

• 3+ years of related experience. Candidates with a background in key account management, user growth strategy are preferred；
• Know Germany well & Based in Germany. Familiar with the German e-commerce ecosystem, buyer decision logic and DACH culture；
• English & Geman as a working language are preferred (fluent in speaking, listening, reading and writing)；
• Data analysis: Clear logic, strong structured thinking. Able to close the loop from insight to hypothesis to strategy to execution to review, on your own.
• Strong self-drive and ownership. Able to define problems and find a path in ambiguity.

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between €75600/year and €124200/year. However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
