We are working with a well-established consulting firm that is launching an innovative software product to digitalize permit management for complex infrastructure projects. This company leverages existing customer relationships and industry expertise to build a cutting-edge application that will revolutionize its sector.

The Role

• Build the technical foundation of a new B2B product from scratch, including architecture, data model, and code base.
• Make fundamental technical decisions regarding stack, hosting strategy, security architecture, and make-or-buy questions.
• Oversee technical implementation, ensuring code quality, test strategy, development processes, and system operation.
• Evaluate requirements for feasibility and effort, with final technical authority.
• Contribute to the strategic deployment of AI-supported development tools.
• Grow into a leadership position, helping to recruit and technically guide future development team members.
  
  

What You'll Need

• At least six years of professional experience in software development, with several years of operational responsibility for a productive B2B system.
• Practical experience with multi-tenant applications and authorization concepts.
• Proficiency with a modern full-stack environment (e.g., TypeScript, React, PostgreSQL, Cloud-hosting).
• Strong understanding of data protection and information security, including GDPR-compliant processing, encryption, and audit logging.
• Experience with AI-supported development tools or a strong willingness to adopt them.
• German language skills at C1 level or higher is essential, as the domain model and customer documents are in German.
