Responsible for implementing Imperial's integrated logistics strategy, leading key workstreams across Logistics and providing expert advice and support to local stakeholders, ensuring alignment to broader Supply Chain activities.

Leads key workstreams and initiatives within the global Logistics agenda, aligning with broader Supply Chain activities and group objectives, managing teams and resource as required.

Leads the transportation and warehousing transformation and continuous improvement projects across Imperial's business units and drives process excellence and innovation across the logistics function.

Partners with key local stakeholders, implementing training and upskilling initiatives, ensuring Imperial's global Logistics frameworks are executed appropriately. Provides expert advice to local teams.

Drives breakthrough process improvements in transportation and warehousing to optimise logistics costs and improve On-Time to First Promise (OTFP) delivery service and inventory accuracy.

Leads the global warehouse optimisation initiatives, including expedition and shipment consolidations in strategic locations to improve cost, quality and the timeliness of deliveries globally.

Develops and implements a global logistics compliance framework to ensure adherence to all trade management regulations and customs requirements on the movement of goods globally.

Drives Imperial towards KPI and budget-driven management for the warehouse and logistics operations and drives demonstrated improvement along various KPIs over time, through process improvements, software and personnel changes.

Manages a team of direct reports, driving the appropriate behaviours to achieve success, including a continuous improvement culture, whilst delivering performance management, technical development and coaching.

Ensures personal and team compliance with the function's safety and ethics rules and processes, follows procedures, and provides an exemplary display of Imperial's Values & Behaviours.
