Role Purpose

As part of our continued growth strategy, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the expansion of our business in Germany. This role will play a key part in attracting and hiring top talent across a variety of functions while partnering closely with business leaders and hiring managers. We are specifically seeking someone with a strong understanding of the German talent market, local hiring practices, and candidate expectations, who can act as a trusted advisor to the business. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be capable of independently managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for approximately 15-20 open requisitions simultaneously.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring requirements, recruitment strategies, and timelines.
• Source, screen, and assess candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn and professional networks.
• Drive recruitment activities for professional services, consulting, procurement, and corporate functions.
• Coordinate and facilitate interviews while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
• Provide market insights, talent availability data, and hiring recommendations to stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data within SuccessFactors Recruiting.
• Contribute to process improvements and support the adoption of AI-enabled recruiting tools and best practices.
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in in-house recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience recruiting consulting, professional services, procurement, or similar specialist profiles is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of the German labor market, local hiring practices, and recruitment trends.
• Proven ability to independently manage 15-20 requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with SuccessFactors Recruiting and AI-powered recruitment tools is an advantage.
