IT Delivery Integration Specialist (f/m/d)

About The Role

As an IT Delivery Integration Specialist, you will coordinate the delivery and continuous improvement of EDI and application integration services. Acting as a link between business stakeholders, internal technology teams, interface specialists, and external development partners, you will help ensure that integration changes are planned, documented, tested, and delivered effectively.

The role reports to the IT Integration Manager and works closely with Product Owners, Solution Architects, Integration teams, business stakeholders, and service partners.

What You Will Do

• Delivery Coordination: Coordinate EDI and integration activities across business teams, IT specialists, external partners, customers, suppliers, logistics stakeholders, and application teams.
• Planning and Prioritization: Translate integration requirements into delivery plans, user stories, acceptance criteria, prioritized backlogs, and clearly assigned actions.
• Progress Tracking: Maintain visibility of scope, dependencies, risks, blockers, defects, decisions, ownership, and delivery status using Jira and Azure DevOps.
• Governance and Documentation: Support adherence to integration standards, delivery processes, lifecycle controls, and documentation requirements, coordinating corrective actions or approvals when needed.
• Testing and Release Readiness: Coordinate testing, deployment, cutover, rollback planning, stabilization, and handover activities, ensuring that ownership and production-readiness expectations are clear.
• Risk and Issue Management: Monitor delivery and operational risks relating to connectivity, mappings, certificates, data quality, resources, security, and technical dependencies, escalating issues appropriately.
• Continuous Improvement: Facilitate stakeholder discussions, reviews, and improvement initiatives that strengthen delivery predictability, quality, traceability, and service reliability.
  
  

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in IT delivery, EDI, enterprise integration, application delivery, project coordination, or a comparable role working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Good understanding of EDI and enterprise integration concepts, with practical experience using Jira and Azure DevOps. Familiarity with APIs, middleware, SAP change processes, CHARM, or common EDI standards is an advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, combined with a diplomatic approach, the ability to influence others, manage competing priorities, and coordinate activities across multiple teams and locations.
• Fluent English communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in an international environment.
