Technical Sales Management (TSM) NCE Onshore Poland, Czeck Republic & Baltics plays a key role in shaping the renewable energy projects of tomorrow. Our multidisciplinary team combines experience in Technical Bid Management, Power Plant Solutions, SCADA, and Siting to develop leading technically solutions for our customers. Operating at the crossroads of customer priorities, technology, and business strategy, we work closely with Sales, Engineering, Service, Supply Chain, and Construction to turn opportunities into well-executed projects. From the earliest project discussions through contract negotiations all the way to hand over to Service we help ensure that every solution delivers value for both our customers and Vestas. Our team thrives on solving complex challenges, building close partnerships, and supporting the energy transition through high-quality wind power solutions in one of Europe's most dynamic renewable energy markets.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end electrical power plant solution for assigned projects, from early customer engagement, RFQs and tendering activities through contract negotiations and effective project execution
• Ensure compliance with applicable grid codes, technical regulations, and market requirements, translating evolving industry requirements into Vestas solutions and products
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with customers, TSOs, DSOs, and other key external stakeholders, serving as the technical interface between market needs and Vestas solutions
• Represent Vestas in industry forums, regulatory discussions, and working groups, helping shape future grid codes and technical standards
• Monitor changes in legislation, grid requirements, and market developments to identify risks, opportunities, and emerging customer needs early
• Oversee improvement activities aimed at raising the quality, efficiency, and consistency of technical sales and power plant solution processes
• Contribute to the global Power Plant Solutions community by sharing best practices, supporting knowledge exchange, and helping develop standards, tools, and ways of working
  
  

Qualifications

• BSc, MSc, or equivalent degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience within electrical power systems, renewable energy, utilities, or industrial power generation environments
• Demonstrated experience in power system studies, grid integration, and compliance for utility-scale energy projects
• Practical experience using power system simulation and analysis tools such as DIgSILENT PowerFactory, PSCAD, PSSE, or similar software
• Solid understanding of HV/MV electrical equipment, grid connection infrastructure, grid codes, electrical legislation, and regulatory frameworks
• Effective stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with experience collaborating with TSOs, DSOs, customers, regulators, or industry working groups; fluent in written and spoken English
