Your tasks: You make the difference with us.

• Plan, execute, and optimize online paid campaigns at scale to achieve CDR and ROI targets.
• A structured test-and-learn approach is developed and implemented by you to drive continuous performance improvement.
• You implement the campaign tracking set-up .
• Regular reports on campaign performance , test results, and forecasts are created independently – including in-depth analysis .
• Promotions and sale campaigns are executed in close collaboration with Marketing and Category Management.
• You coordinate cross-functional projects .
• Stay connected within the industry to anticipate trends early and discuss valuable learnings.
  
  
  

Your profile: You keep reinventing us.

• At least 5 years of online marketing experience are part of your background, with a minimum of 3 years focused on Paid Social or Paid Search in a fast-paced e-commerce company.
• Fluent in English ; German language skills are highly desirable.
• Resilient by nature – you stay focused and deliver results even when things get demanding.
• Multiple stakeholder requests are managed and prioritized by you independently, without the need for manager intervention.
• Building and sustaining long-term partnerships comes naturally to you, backed by strong relationship management skills .
• A deep understanding of tracking, data, and forecasting is part of your toolkit, along with a solid grasp of the cross-channel digital advertising ecosystem.
• Staying on top of industry trends, market practices, and emerging standards genuinely excites you.
• With a proactive, self-starter mentality , you drive projects and improvements from scratch – with minimal guidance needed.
