About The Role

We are looking for a hands-on Production Worker (m/f/x) to join us on our mission to bring fully recyclable carbon fiber components into series production. You will work directly on our robotic manufacturing line, turning innovative composite technologies into real, high-quality products every day.

What You Will Do

• Operate stations of our robotic production line to manufacture composite components in serial production.
• Carry out composite handling tasks such as layup assistance, demolding, trimming, and surface preparation where required.
• Follow work instructions and production procedures to ensure repeatable, high-quality output.
• Perform visual inspections and quality checks to verify that each component meets our standards.
• Support basic setup, calibration, and routine maintenance activities to keep equipment running smoothly.
• Collaborate closely with engineers and automation experts to ensure uninterrupted daily operation.
• Identify and communicate improvements that make production safer, more efficient, or more reliable.
• Work with modern tools and equipment in a clean, automated, high-tech production environment.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• You enjoy hands-on work and take pride in doing things carefully and consistently.
• You are familiar with the manufacturing or industrial sector and worked in a production environment before.
• Proactive, structured working style and comfort in an early-stage environment where processes are still being defined.
• Comfortable communicating in English in an international work environment.
• You’re a team player and enjoy working together to make things better, one process at a time.
• You completed apprenticeship in a technical field like tool making, metalworker, industrial mechanic is a big plus.
• You’re curious about automation and enjoy working with modern production technologies; PLCs and robotics aren’t unfamiliar terms to you.

We are a European contract manufacturer specialized in ultralight load-bearing composite parts for automotive, aerospace, robotics and industrial manufacturing.
