Do you enjoy cooking, being creative and working with fresh ingredients? Then an apprenticeship in our company restaurant could be just right for you.

During your three-year apprenticeship, you will learn how dishes are planned, prepared and cooked. You will deal with purchasing, quality checks, storage and processing of food and develop a good understanding of workflows in a professional kitchen.

You will also learn important hygiene measures and accident prevention rules. A multi-week placement in a renowned hotel or restaurant business complements the practical part of your training.

Your working week has five days. We do not have shift work, and weekends and public holidays are free. Vocational school classes take place in blocks at the Staatliche Gewerbeschule für Gastronomie und Ernährung.
