Business Development Representative – CPG / FMCG (d/f/m) - #2713322

At 4flow, we're looking for a Business Development Representative (d/f/m) to help grow our business in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) and Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry. In close collaboration with our business leaders, industry team, and marketing, you'll turn account strategies into commercial opportunities and make a direct impact on our continued growth.

What your new challenge will look like

• Develop and execute strategic account plans for Tier 1 customers within the CPG/FMCG industry while identifying and engaging key decision-makers
• Generate and qualify new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and targeted outreach activities
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and position 4flow as a strategic partner for supply chain transformation
• Manage and develop a strong sales pipeline, leveraging HubSpot to track performance and drive data informed business development activities
  
  

Why you belong at 4flow

• At least 6 years of experience in a Business Development Representative (BDR), Sales Development Representative (SDR), or similar business development role
• Experience working with or selling into the CPG and/or FMCG industry is highly desirable
• Understanding supply chain and logistics concepts and experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot is a strong advantage
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and collaboration skills with a strong resilience, persistence, and a proactive, results-oriented mindset
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships
