Our Supply Growth team combines adjoe’s deep technical expertise with strategic insight to optimize every aspect of creating engaging user experiences that drive monetization. We understand the delicate balance between user engagement and revenue generation, optimizing ad placements for visibility while ensuring a seamless app experience. Our publishers see concrete results: higher ARPDAU, improved retention metrics, and stronger overall user satisfaction and monetization performance.

Your Mission & Who We Are Looking For

• Portfolio Growth & Monetization: You bring 3+ years of experience in AdTech, mobile advertising, or digital marketing to manage and expand a portfolio of app publisher partners, actively identifying upselling and optimization opportunities to exceed growth, retention, and revenue targets.
• Analytical KPI Optimization: You possess a deep understanding of core industry metrics—including CPI, CPM, CPC, ARPDAU, and CTR—and will analyze partner performance data to spot trends, troubleshoot issues, and implement concrete adjustments that improve retention and ARPDAU.
• Strategic Partner Engagement: You will build long-term publisher relationships through daily communication via Slack, email, and video calls, utilizing Google Workspace (specifically Sheets and Slides) to construct and deliver data-driven performance reports and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to external and internal stakeholders.
• Cross-Functional Technical Advocacy: You will gather complex partner feedback and translate market insights into actionable technical requirements, collaborating directly with Product, Tech, and Business teams to prioritize feature requests and resolve integration blockers.
• Proactive Ownership in Fast-Paced Environments: You thrive in an agile, rapidly changing ecosystem, taking full end-to-end accountability for portfolio performance by independently driving growth initiatives rather than waiting for direction.
