Your Responsibilities
- Support daily HR operations, including employee documentation, onboarding, offboarding, and workforce administration activities
- Assist with employee inquiries and help maintain HR records and systems
- Support HR projects, reporting, and process improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners, HR Operations, and other HR functions
- Provide flexible support to different HR teams based on business needs and priorities
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Fluent German and good English language skills
- 17 Euro per hour
