Orbital Critical Systems (CAF Group) a leading company in safety-critical software for the aerospace, defense, and transportation sectors, is looking for a Retrofit Supply Chain Engineer to join our on-site teams in Germany.

Locations: Finkenwerder and other sites across Germany.

Your Responsibilities

• Ensure material availability in coordination with suppliers, procurement, and supply chain teams.
• Plan and manage kit production and retrofit work orders according to customer requirements.
• Define and plan material requirements based on engineering data and logistics constraints.
• Monitor retrofit and kit deliveries, ensuring on-time performance and quality standards.
• Coordinate production and work orders while managing priorities with the Kit Factory.
• Support inventory and production planning activities to optimize delivery performance.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in process optimization, supply chain management, logistics, and contract management, with knowledge of SAP
• English level B1/B2 (required).
• German level B2/C1 (required).
