We are currently seeking for our Headquarter in Hamburg a highly motivated and dedicated

Manager Group Consolidation & Reporting (all genders)

Full-time and permanent

Responsibilities

• Preparation of consolidated financial statements of Evotec Group (listed on Frankfurt Stock Exchange and Nasdaq) in accordance with IFRS, including notes, disclosures, and management reporting
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, stock‑exchange obligations, and internal reporting standards
• Coordinate and manage the year‑end and quarterly audit processes, working closely with external auditors
• Collaborate with our Subsidiaries in all Group accounting and consolidation matters
• Review internal reporting packages, ensuring data quality and consistency across the Group
• Optimize processes and procedures related to preparation of Group Financial Statements, as well as further development of our consolidation software Onestream
• Support complex accounting assessments, including investments, financial instruments, leases, and provisions
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Successful university degree (or equivalent) in business administration, advanced studies in international accounting, group accounting or auditing
• 5+ years of experience in Group Accounting and/or in Auditing Group Financial Statements, ideally for a publicly listed company
• Experience in a Big Four firm is a strong advantage
• Deep expertise in IFRS, including hands‑on experience with complex accounting topics
• Strong understanding of consolidation processes, reporting systems, and internal controls, ideally Hyperion or Onestream
• Proactive mindset, high attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across multiple countries and functions
• Fluent in German and English
  
  

Further Ideal Qualifications

• Experience in Group Accounting within a publicly listed company
• Experience in a Big Four firm
• Experience of working with Hyperion or Onestream
