How Will You Make An Impact

We are seeking an exceptionally motivated and skilled Strategic Growth Manager to join our team. This role, centered around the EMEA region, will be instrumental in steering growth initiatives and opportunities, both with and for our clients. Your responsibilities include developing and extending client relationships, as well as identifying business opportunities to enhance growth and profitability.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

• Drive revenue growth by identifying business opportunities, addressing client challenges, and presenting integrated solutions that meet their needs.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities in the EMEA region by leveraging collaboration with Omnicom Media.
• Identifying business opportunities, defining client’s challenges and presenting valuable solutions to generate new business.
• Developing and nurturing relationships with clients in the EMEA region while proactively pursuing growth opportunities.
• Conducting regular project status meetings, providing updates to executive management.
• Crafting compelling pitch decks and customized approaches to showcase our offerings to Omnicom Media prospects.
• Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates to executive management as the direct link to Omnicom Media Key Account Managers and Board of Directors.
• Coordinating pre-contractual requirements, ensuring all necessary documentation and processes are in place.
  
  

The person we are looking for...

• Has a proven track record of success in delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.
• Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building robust relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Has strong project management skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Has gained initial experience in coordinating and steering cross-functional projects and/or in the fields of business development, digital analytics, data science, or similar.
• Is highly detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
• Excels as a self-starter, driven to continuously improve and exceed customer expectations.
• Is an excellent communicator in fluent English (min. C1), and proficiency in German is a plus.
