Key Accountabilities

The People Analytics Specialist is responsible for delivering strategic workforce analytics that enable better business and people decisions across the organization. Acting at global and group level, this role partners with HR, business leaders, HR Business Partners, Centers of Expertise, Finance, and employee representative bodies such as Works Councils to understand business questions, translate them into analytical approaches, and derive meaningful, decision-ready insights.

  • Lead and deliver strategic people analytics projects across global workforce topics, including recruitment, retention, turnover, internal mobility, succession, performance, compensation, diversity, absenteeism, overtime, retirement risk, and organizational effectiveness.

  • Apply statistical methods and data science techniques, such as regression analysis, forecasting, segmentation, trend analysis, driver analysis, scenario modeling, experimentation, and predictive approaches, to identify patterns, risks, and opportunities in workforce data.
  • Consult and challenge stakeholders constructively by providing evidence-based insights, connecting analytical findings to business context, and supporting data-informed decision-making.
  • Build compelling narratives and visualizations that make complex analyses understandable for senior stakeholders and non-technical audiences.
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable dashboards, reporting solutions, and analytical products using tools such as Power BI, Python, SQL, Excel, SAP SuccessFactors, and R depending on business need and technical fit.
  • Ensure analytical outputs are based on robust methodologies and consistent definitions by contributing to and establishing standards for people analytics approaches, metrics, and interpretation.
  • Manage analytics projects end-to-end, including scoping, stakeholder alignment, prioritization, timeline management, delivery coordination, and implementation support.
  • Collaborate across functions and geographies to align data sources, methodologies, and reporting logic in a global business environment.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for people analytics, bringing external market perspectives, analytical innovation, and continuous improvement to the function.
