  • Assess technical defects pragmatically and professionally, identify suitable rectification options, and communicate clear technical updates and realistic timelines to the relevant operational stakeholders.
  • Ensure that all maintenance activities, defect findings, component changes, and maintenance actions are documented accurately, completely, and on time in the relevant technical records and company systems.
  • Where authorised, issue Certificates of Release to Service (CRS) following completed maintenance work.
  • Maintain the highest standards of safety, compliance, quality, housekeeping, and professional conduct in every assignment.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of AOG response processes, maintenance procedures, technical reliability, and fleet availability.

  • Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, and/or avionic aircraft systems.
  • Experience working in a Part-145 and/or continuing airworthiness environment is desirable.
  • A careful, structured, and safety-conscious way of working, with a strong understanding of technical documentation and regulatory compliance.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks effectively, and make sound decisions in time-sensitive operational situations.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently across Europe, including assignments at short notice and occasional work outside standard office hours.
  • Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Valid EU passport.
  • Valid driving licence, ideally Class B / Category B is mandatory.
  • Strong communication skills and a professional, service-oriented appearance when working with flight crews, airport partners, suppliers, and customers.

Your work will not be limited to one fixed location: you will support our fleet where it is needed and play an essential role in ensuring that our aircraft remain safe, reliable, and ready to fly.

  • A varied and responsible role with direct operational relevance.
  • The opportunity to work with a modern business aviation fleet in an international environment.
  • A high degree of autonomy and trust in your technical expertise.
  • Diverse assignments across Europe instead of a purely hangar-based routine.
  • Close collaboration with experienced colleagues from Maintenance, CAMO, Flight Operations, and the wider Platoon Aviation team.
  • A dynamic company culture with short decision-making paths and room to contribute your own ideas.
  • Attractive development opportunities, including support for relevant aircraft type ratings, recurrent training, and technical qualifications.
  • A professional yet personal working environment in which reliability, teamwork, ownership, and a pragmatic hands-on mindset are valued.

Ready to keep our fleet moving across Europe? We look forward receiving your application.

About Us

Founded in 2021, Platoon Aviation’s vision is to become the market's leading charter operator, achieved by leveraging advanced technology, state-of-the-art aircraft, and our team's unparalleled expertise.

In 2026 Platoon is operating 12 identical PC-24, which operate on a floating fleet model across Europe (i.e. the aircraft have no fixed home base). The PC-24 offers an unparalleled level of comfort for our passengers, coupled with exceptional performance capabilities and better luggage capacity.

Operating on an ad hoc basis, Platoon does not offer a scheduled service but according to market trends and individual demand from clients. Platoon operates in a B2B style model, which means we work principally with brokers across the world, and this has enabled us to already become a recognized brand and airline on the market due to the higher volume of flights we are able to operate.

Platoon is determined to set the new benchmark in private charter when it comes to service and experience, and truly make our guests feel at home in the sky when they fly Platoon.
