YOU & AHEAD
At ahead, we’re on a mission to clean up the world’s candy drawers. We create the snacks people genuinely crave, from chocolate bars and wafers to cookies, gummies, and protein bars, with up to 90% less sugar and no compromise on taste.
As our E-Commerce Campaign Manager, you’ll work at the intersection of our products, customer experience, and commercial growth. You’ll help shape how ahead brings ideas to life online and scales them across markets.
You’ll take ownership of our onsite campaigns and bring our overarching campaign strategy to life in our shop. You’ll improve the processes behind them, develop & implement new ideas for new campaign-related shop features, and turn campaign data into actionable insights. Working closely with our E-Commerce, Campaign, Brand, and Marketing teams, you’ll help make our campaigns more effective, scalable, and relevant across markets.
If you’re commercially curious, highly detail oriented, and motivated by the opportunity to shape both the customer experience and the way we do e-commerce, we’d love to hear from you!
YOUR TASKS
Working at ahead is more than just a job - it’s your opportunity to develop as a professional and as a person, while shaping the future of snacking. Our mission is to make low sugar the new standard, and we pour that ambition into every product we create. You’ll become part of a team where international talent, startup drive, real impact, and true ownership come together.

About Us
At ahead, we’re building the snack brand for a new generation – one that loves chocolate, cookies & gummies, but doesn’t love what sugar does to their bodies.
We use cutting-edge food tech to reinvent childhood favorites: no added sugar, no empty carbs – just full taste, better ingredients, and zero compromise.
The result? Everyday indulgence that actually fits your lifestyle.
Let’s make low-sugar the new normal. And fun again.
We’re growing fast, expanding across Europe, and looking for smart, driven, curious minds to join us.
If you’re ready to change how millions of people snack – for good – we’d love to meet you.

YOUR TASKS
- Onsite Campaign Experience & Launches: Plan and execute product launches, discount initiatives, and other commercial activities in the shop. Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Content & Asset Ownership: Coordinate the creation of product and shop content, including images, copy, homepage content, launch pages, and other onsite assets. Take full responsibility for their quality, accuracy, and timely delivery, including localization for expansion markets. Ensure content is adapted to local needs and delivered consistently across countries.
- Shop Development: Together with our Tech team, transform the campaign vision into new shop features, promotional mechanics, and onsite experiences that can improve customer engagement and commercial performance.
- Process Improvement: Improve how onsite activities are planned, created, and delivered by establishing clearer workflows, strengthening collaboration and handovers, and reducing avoidable errors. Find ways to shorten delivery timelines and assess recurring tasks for automation or AI support. Develop scalable ways of working while using sound judgment about where communication, coordination, and creative thinking remain essential.
- Performance & Insights: Analyze completed onsite activities, from product launch revenue and discount uplift to top-selling products and other relevant performance indicators, and translate your findings into clear recommendations for future initiatives.
- You have practical experience in onsite campaign management, shop management, e-commerce, or a similar field. Hands-on experience with onsite campaigns or shop management is essential.
- You are highly organized, structured, and accurate. You have a low tolerance for errors and take full responsibility for the quality of your work, particularly when managing product copy, campaign assets, and launch details.
- You combine attention to detail with commercial curiosity. You don’t just execute campaigns – you want to understand what drives performance, what can be improved, and how new ideas can create better results.
- You are proactive and hands-on. You identify problems, challenge inefficient processes, and follow through on solutions. You’re comfortable working across a broad range of tasks in a fast-moving environment where priorities can evolve.
- You communicate clearly and confidently in both German and English. You enjoy coordinating with multiple stakeholders and can work effectively with E-Commerce, Marketing, Brand & Design, and other internal teams.
- You have a basic understanding of D2C business models, digital marketing, and e-commerce performance.
- You are confident working with Shopify. Hands-on Shopify experience is essential for this role.
- You have worked in a D2C business.
- You are familiar with Asana, Trello, or similar project management tools.
- You understand shop and e-commerce performance and how onsite activities can contribute to commercial results.
- A background in food, consumer goods, retail, or another high-campaign environment is a plus.
- Experience improving processes, automating tasks, or using AI to work more efficiently is a plus.
- Exposure to localization and international markets is a plus.

- Career Growth: Develop through cross-functional projects, structured feedback cycles, and a steep learning curve in a dynamic, high growth environment. We offer a fair, attractive salary with role-dependent bonus opportunities
- Great Benefits: Fuel yourself with ahead snacks, drinks, and merch - we’ve got you covered. On top: a €50 monthly allowance to spend as you like - Urban Sports Club, mobility options, or vouchers from your favorite brands (IKEA, Rewe, Rossmann and more)
