Role: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Location: Hamburg (hybrid)

Annapurna are proud to be supporting a scaling software company with their search for a Sales Development Representative (SDR).

The successful candidate will play a vital role within the Sales team by helping to generate new business opportunities. You will identify potential customers, engage with prospects through phone, email, and social media, and work closely with the sales team to arrange introductory meetings.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify target organisations.
• Build and manage prospect lists.
• Contact decision-makers through outbound channels.
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings for sales colleagues.
• Develop outreach approaches and maintain accurate CRM records.
  
  

Requirements

• Experience with outbound prospecting, sales, or lead generation.
• Comfortable using phone, email, and social platforms for outreach.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, organised, and eager to learn.
• Fluent in German and English.
