Your role & impact
As a Chef de Partie, you take full ownership of your section:
- Manage your station independently during prep and service
- Ensure quality, consistency and presentation of all dishes
- Lead and support a small team of Commis
- Organize Mise en place and manage priorities
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow
- Apply and maintain hygiene standards (HACCP)
- Support stock control and basic food cost management
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef level
- Experience in structured kitchen environments
- Ability to lead and support junior team members
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Motivation to grow and take on more responsibility
