The Agency Partner is responsible for setting and executing Meta's strategy for key agency partnerships — driving revenue growth, product adoption, and mutual value creation. This role combines strategic relationship leadership with operational rigor: building joint business plans, leveraging data to surface growth opportunities, and ensuring quality execution at both agency and ecosystem level.We're looking for a consultative business driver who puts agencies and their clients at the core, believes the future of marketing is identity-based, data-driven, and grounded in measurable outcomes — and can translate that conviction into scalable action.Candidates will work together with agencies, Meta business and cross-functional teams across verticals and geographies, must be able to ramp up on new products, tools, and market dynamics efficiently, have experience collaborating across teams and contributing new approaches to business challenges, and be able to make progress on initiatives with incomplete information by identifying key assumptions and iterating as new data emerges.

Agency Partner, STE 12 months Responsibilities:

• Strategic partnership leadership: Own the overall business results for an allocated agency portfolio — set direction, build joint plans, and identify untapped growth opportunities aligned with Meta's priorities�� and agency’s competitive advantage
• Data-driven business management: Leverage data and analytics to drive business reviews, inform agency strategies, and surface actionable insights that support revenue growth and product adoption
• Relationship management: Build trusted C-level relationships with agency leadership
• identify, develop, and manage partnerships across disciplines (Executive, Paid Social, Analytics, Strategy, and Commercial, Measurement)
• Product and solution consulting: Serve as an expert product consultant, educating agencies on Meta's platforms and emerging capabilities (including AI) to accelerate adoption
• Project management and execution: Lead large-scale projects, including goal setting, action planning, risk management, milestone tracking, KPI tracking, and progress reporting
  
  

Minimum Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in agency partnerships, sales strategy, management consulting, or product management
• Proven track record of growing revenues through agency or partner ecosystems
• Strategic skills to translate business challenges into opportunities and build short- and long-term plans
• Experience leading/influencing stakeholders at all levels, from C-suite to technical functions, in environments of fast growth and ambiguity
• Proven ability to conduct data-driven business reviews and derive actionable insights from complex data sets (experience in both quantitative and analytical skills)
• Demonstrated project management discipline: goal setting, action planning, risk management, and progress reporting at scale
• Deep understanding of agency business models, the digital advertising competitive landscape, and Meta's product value to marketers
• Fluent in German and English, as the role requires direct engagement with German-speaking agency partners and clients

• Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
• Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
• Experience working across multiple markets, cultures, and geographies
• Ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging technologies
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools and demonstrated ability to integrate them into workflows for measurable efficiency or quality gains
• Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, accuracy reviews)
• Demonstrated ability to design and launch scalable processes that promote governance and accountability
• Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
