Your Responsibilities - Define, develop, and manage AI and advanced analytics products aligned with business objectives and customer needs.

  • Partner with business stakeholders, data scientists, engineers, and IT teams to translate business requirements into actionable product requirements and scalable solutions.
  • Own and maintain the AI product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives, features, and releases based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of AI and analytics products, ensuring successful delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee AI and analytics product governance processes, including demand management, prioritization, approvals, and resource allocation.
  • Design and implement processes that address business challenges, improve performance, and support the identification of new business opportunities.
  • Optimize data capabilities, services, and operating models to ensure alignment with enterprise standards, business strategy, and best practices.
  • Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product performance, adoption, and business impact.
  • Collaborate with Insights & Analytics and other cross-functional teams to maximize the value of data, analytics, and AI-driven outcomes.
  • Gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements from a diverse range of business stakeholders.
  • Build strong partnerships across business and IT functions to ensure alignment, engagement, and successful delivery of solutions.

Manage stakeholder expectations and proactively identify opportunities to enhance business performance through AI, analytics, and data-driven insights.

Communicate the value, benefits, and impact of AI, analytics, and data initiatives to technical and non-technical audiences.

Partner with business leaders to develop strategies that leverage data and AI to drive improved decision-making and operational effectiveness.

Manage multiple projects, priorities, and resources simultaneously to deliver successful outcomes.

Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making, continuous improvement, and innovation across the organization.

Monitor emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in AI, machine learning, analytics, and data management, identifying opportunities to enhance products and capabilities.

Ensure close collaboration with Business Relationship Management, Shared Services, Integration, and other IT functions to support effective solution delivery.

Your qualification - Bachelor's degree or higher in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics, Information Systems, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent experience will also be considered.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT, Business Intelligence, AI, Analytics, Product Management, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of project management, service management, and risk management methodologies (e.g., PMI, Agile, ITIL, ITSM).
  • In-depth knowledge of data analytics concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Strong understanding of how data, analytics, and AI enable business strategy and drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience with data querying, reporting, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, quantitative, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex analyses into actionable business insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and conceptually while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and achieve results through cross-functional teams.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a proven ability to manage priorities, drive initiatives to completion, and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible, proactive, and adaptable approach to changing business needs and priorities.
  • Knowledge of business processes and data management principles, including master data concepts, is desirable.
