Scheduling Manager (all genders)

Your future tasks:

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of project scheduling activities across assigned offshore wind projects. Oversee schedule development from early development through to execution and commissioning.
  • Ensure scheduling strategies, methodologies, and tools are aligned with corporate standards and project needs.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of PMO processes, tools, and templates related to scheduling.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior scheduling staff and coordinate scheduling efforts across teams and work packages.
  • Report schedule performance to project and senior management and ensure alignment with project baselines and critical path objectives.
  • Develop, maintain, and control detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar tools.
  • Produce schedule reports including s-curves, milestone tracking, float analyses, and critical path reviews.
  • Support quantitative schedule risk assessments (QSRA) and scenario planning activities.
  • Align and integrate contractor schedules into the overall project master schedule based on the agreed Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
  • Facilitate coordination and alignment between technical, commercial, and construction teams on schedule-related matters.
  • Lead or support scheduling meetings with internal stakeholders and external partners, including lenders and investors.


Your profile:

  • Degree in engineering (e.g., civil, mechanical, electrical, or industrial) or a related technical field.
  • Several years of professional experience in planning and scheduling of large infrastructure or offshore wind projects.
  • Proven experience with schedule development in multi-disciplinary, international project environments.
  • Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Excel; knowledge of risk and resource planning tools is beneficial
  • Strong understanding of project life cycles, critical path methods, and resource planning.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Capable of managing schedules across multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across levels and functions.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
