What You Will Be Doing

You will be on a development journey to guide your growth into the role of AGGP2027 - Graduate Integrated Business Planning Manager and can expect to be involved in the following:

  • Balance in collaboration with contracts the commercial requirements against the overall operations capabilities including configuration management, production, engineering, procurement and transport. This activity is performed in collaboration with various functions (Finance, Sales, Procurement, ...) and Plants
  • Modelisation of complex industrial system & baseline aircrafts production planning calculation.
  • Monitor and Control Planning adherence in the Short term & set-up recovery plan in case of deviation.
  • Planning Tools used in Integrated Business Planning are mainly bespoke tools, designed to optimise the compliance with the business constraints (APC Jaguar, iCAP, Click to Slot). Interface with ARP / SAP, e-PPDS, SAP IBP

In order to manage Integrated Business Planning, the graduate will acquire:

  • General knowledge on Aircraft Build Process, Aircraft Structure & Aircraft Customization for Customers
  • Good understanding of operations & production areas
  • Good understanding of Airbus Supply Chain
  • Good knowledge of Airbus functions & Airbus Governance
  • Basic understanding of configuration management and management of changes
  • Serial Planning Management
  • Understand process management (BMS) and need for process adherence
  • Project Management (Agile methodology, Airbus business improvement project lifecycle (LBIP))

Your development journey will include a minimum of one rotational placement to support your growth into position.

At the end of the two year development programme, you will have developed into the position of AGGP2027 - Graduate Integrated Business Planning Manager.

What we are looking for

  • A degree level or equivalent within Engineering or Business School
  • Recently graduated or first professional experience in the field of Engineering, Supply chain, Business administration, Aeronautics
  • Strong verbal and written communication in our business language (English)
  • A desire to work in a collaborative team environment, focused on driving future innovation
  • The ability to be self aware and a wish to be in the driving seat of your development.
