Job Description

How does your working day look like...

• Planning and managing the department and developing the team
• Together with your Assistant Front Office Manager you ensure a smooth running at the Front Office
• You take care of your employees' concerns and stand up for them
• You not only ensure that guests are satisfied, but also that they are enthusiastic
• you are responsible for billing and all administrative matters
• You act as a role model for your department
• and last but not least - being the contact person for all hotel matters
  
  

Qualifications

Your personality counts more than your CV...

• Training in the hotel industry and professional experience at the front office are desirable
• Initial management experience in a comparable position or as an assistant
• Knowledge of real Hamburg insider tips
• Ability to inspire guests and colleagues
• Be a host with passion
