To keep our global events running seamlessly, we are looking for a hands-on Junior Procurement Manager (m/f/d). Acting as the operational bridge between suppliers, freight forwarders, Finance, and Event Ops, you will own order tracking and supply chain coordination. If you ensure that equipment, infrastructure, and merchandise arrive at our venues right on time, this is your match.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Procurement Operations & Purchase Order Tracking: Support the processing of purchase orders, maintain a real-time overview of open orders, proactively identify potential delivery delays, and step in before issues hit the race floor.


• Supplier & Logistics Coordination: Act as a daily point of contact for international suppliers, freight forwarders, and logistics partners. Track shipments from order confirmation through customs clearance to final venue delivery.


• Supply Chain & Live Event Support: Coordinate time-critical shipping arrangements, customs documentation, and warehouse flows for international setups, ensuring emergency solutions are deployed quickly when operational changes happen.


• Systems, Data & Reporting: Keep ERP platforms, spreadsheets, and procurement tracking systems accurate and updated. Prepare regular performance updates on open orders, stock levels, and supply chain timelines.


• Supplier Performance & Invoice Management: Track delivery reliability, order accuracy, and supplier response times. Match invoices against Purchase Orders and coordinate with Finance to ensure smooth invoice approvals and payment workflows.

YOUR PROFILE

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.


• Technical Skills: Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP or procurement systems is a plus.


• Languages: English on C-level is requirement, german is a +


• Personal Qualities: You are organized, detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive.


• Experience: Initial experience through internships or working student roles in procurement, logistics, or finance is a plus.


• Mindset: You are curious and eager to learn about the full procurement cycle and international supply chain operations.
