Your role & learning journey

As a Jungkoch / Jungköchin, you support the team while building your technical skills:

• Prepare Mise en place and support during service
• Learn different cooking techniques and kitchen operations
• Work with fresh, high-quality Italian products
• Organize your station and manage priorities
• Communicate effectively within the team
• Apply hygiene and safety standards
  
  
  

This role corresponds to a Commis Chef level within a structured kitchen brigade.

First kitchen experience is a plus, not a must
