British American Tobacco Germany has an exciting opportunity for a CRM Deployment Junior Manager (m/f/d) in Hamburg!

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

• Develop and implement CRM and loyalty initiatives that support consumer engagement, retention, and long-term value.
• Create and deliver personalised, data-informed campaigns across CRM channels to provide relevant and engaging consumer experiences.
• Support consumer segmentation and targeting activities, turning consumer insights into effective CRM journeys and propositions.
• Monitor and optimise CRM performance through testing, analytics, and consumer behaviour insights to improve campaign effectiveness and business outcomes.
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of loyalty programmes that create value for consumers and support brand and market objectives.
• Collaborate across channels and categories to help deliver a consistent consumer experience across eCommerce, retail, and digital touchpoints.
• Partner with colleagues from Brand, Consumer Experience, Data, and IT teams to support the successful delivery of CRM initiatives.
• Track CRM performance and reporting metrics, translating insights into recommendations that help drive continuous improvement.
  
  

What are we looking for?

• Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience in CRM, digital marketing, consumer engagement, or a related area within FMCG or a comparable industry.
• Knowledge of CRM principles, consumer lifecycle management, and personalisation approaches.
• Ability to use consumer data and insights to support campaign development and business decisions.
• Experience working with CRM platforms, campaign management tools, and performance reporting.
• Experience using Salesforce, ideally Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Analytical and organised approach to problem solving, with a willingness to learn and develop.
• Ability to build positive working relationships and collaborate effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
• Effective communication and presentation skills in English.
