Working Student (m/f/d) - Human Resources - #2650364

What you will do

• Support HR Colleagues in the area of personnel processing according to instructions


• Contribute and help to automate and standardize our processes and tools


• Provide assistance in daily business activities, e.g. creating templates and documents)


• Assist in recruitment activities regarding young talents


• Adherence to billing-relevant deadlines


• Creating evaluations from personnel databases


• Maintenance of projects, e.g. hiring employees, working hours

What you will need

• Bachelor/Master student in human management, economic psychology/ pedagogy, social sciences, business administration with a focus on Human Resources or similar


• Experience in the area of personnel, with SAP and various administrative activities is desirable


• Very good knowledge in EDV/MS Office, especially Excel


• Independent and reliable working method


• Hands on mentality, willingness to take ownership


• Fluent in German and English, spoken and written


• Ability to work in a team

Conditions

• A temporary contract with extension option


• Working hours: max. 18h/week


• 19,40€ per hour


• Location: Hamburg
