Concrete Tower's business unit is dedicated to the design, manufacturing, and installation of concrete towers for wind turbines.

YOUR TASKS




Define and execute global sourcing strategies for concrete tower components, aligned with regional expansion


Lead complex, high-value negotiations as well as supplier selection, RFQs, and contracting in a global, project-driven environment


Build and develop strategic supplier partnerships while actively identifying and onboarding new suppliers


Analyze market trends and sourcing opportunities to strengthen supply security and cost efficiency


Drive supplier performance and development, including KPIs across Quality, Cost, Delivery, Sustainability & Innovation




YOUR PROFILE




Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field


5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing / procurement in wind, construction, or similar industries


Strong negotiation, analytical, and commercial skills (costing, pricing, contracts)


Experience with SAP and MS Office products, and working in international, cross-functional environments


Fluent in English + German (C1/C2); additional languages are a plus


Willingness to travel internationally
