WAS DICH BEI UNS ERWARTET

Du bearbeitest die Materialbedarfe im Rahmen der Revisionen unserer Elektrolokomotiven und sorgst somit für die termingerechte Bereitstellung der benötigten Komponenten für Deine Revisionsstandorte

Du bist verantwortlich für den gesamten Materialfluss, die Bereitstellung der erforderlichen Dokumente sowie die Abbildung der Konfiguration im ERP-System

Seriennummernverfolgung ist für Dich ein wichtiges Thema

Für die termingerechte Bereitstellung stellst Du die „Ersatzteilpakete“ zusammen und organisierst den Versand

Du erkennst evtl. Materialengpässe frühzeitig, steuerst dagegen und setzt die entsprechenden Abhilfemaßnahmen im Team um

Nach bzw. während der Revisionsdurchführung an der Lok kümmerst Du Dich um die ausgebauten Komponenten und führst diese dem jeweiligen Komponentenaufarbeiter zu

Du wickelst den kompletten Überholungsprozess der Komponenten mit unseren Lieferanten ab

Dein Arbeitsplatz befindet sich in der Lokwerkstatt bzw. im „Außenlager“ in Hamburg Billbrook. Für einen effizienten Start wirst du jedoch in der Zentrale in München eingearbeitet

WAS DU MITBRINGST

Du verfügst über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung als Industriekaufmann/-frau, Logistikkaufmann/-frau, Außenhandelskaufmann/-frau oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation, auch Quereinsteiger:innen geben wir eine Chance

Idealerweise konntest Du bereits Erfahrungen in der Ersatzteilversorgung und Reparaturabwicklung sammeln

Ein sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office Programmen ist für Dich selbstverständlich und Du konntest idealerweise bereits Erfahrungen in der Arbeit mit ERP-Systemen sammeln

Du besitzt eine sehr hohe Technik-Affinität, hast ein gutes Verantwortungs- und Kostenbewusstsein und bringst Verhandlungsgeschick mit

Du bist eine Mischung aus Lagerarbeiter:in und Kauffrau:mann und hast Lust auf ein abwechslungsreiches und spannendes Aufgabengebiet

Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, sowie gute Englischkenntnisse runden Dein Profil ab
