In dieser Rolle übernehmen Sie Projektmanagementaufgaben im Supply-Chain- und Procurement-Umfeld. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf internationaler Koordination, Projektplanung, Stakeholder-Management und digitalen Transformationsinitiativen im SAP-Umfeld

Ihre Aufgaben

• 
  Leitung und Steuerung von Projekten im Bereich Procurement und Supply Chain
  
• 
  Koordination internationaler und funktionsübergreifender Teams
  
• 
  Sicherstellung klarer Kommunikation zwischen Stakeholdern in verschiedenen Ländern
  
• 
  Erstellung und Nachverfolgung von Projektplänen, Meilensteinen und Lieferobjekten
  
• Steuerung von Risiken, Umfang und Zeitplänen unter Einhaltung hoher Qualitätsstandards
  
• 
  Unterstützung digitaler Transformationsinitiativen im SAP-Ökosystem
  

Ihr Profil

• 
  Abschluss als Techniker, Fachwirt oder Studium in Projektmanagement, BWL, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Kommunikation oder Supply Chain
  
• 
  Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Projektmanagement, Projektleitung, Einkauf und Supply Chain
  
• 
  Erfahrung in Change Management sowie Kenntnisse in Lean Management und Prozessmanagement
  
• 
  Detailkenntnisse in SAP sowie sicherer Umgang mit Google Workspace
  
• 
  Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  
• 
  Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit, analytisches Denken und Erfahrung in multikulturellen Matrixstrukturen

  Experience in change management plus knowledge of lean management and process management
  
• 
  Detailed SAP knowledge and confident handling of Google Workspace
  
• 
  Business-fluent German and English skills
  
• 
  Strong communication skills, analytical thinking and experience in multicultural matrix environments
