Key Responsibilities

• Advising on a broad range of cross‑practice legal matters
• Supporting senior lawyers on complex domestic and international transactions
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documentation
• Conducting legal research and preparing high‑quality written analysis
• Managing client communication and contributing to business development initiatives
• Working collaboratively across teams and jurisdictions

Candidate Requirements

• 2 years plus PQ - gained at a leading law firm
• Strong academic background and excellent technical skills
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative working style
• Fluent German and English
