- Communicating with customers via phone, chat, and email to resolve issues and provide support
- Tracking and following up on cases to ensure timely and efficient resolution
- Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction while upholding the values of a major global brand
- Building professional relationships with customers and partners, showing empathy and understanding
- Working towards achieving both client-defined and internal performance targets

Requirements
- Fluency in German (spoken and written)
- Strong communication skills in English
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
