Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Support / Business Development Support Representative to join us asap on a 12 months contract. This role will be based in our Hamburg office 2 days per week. This role requires complete fluency in both German and English languages.

Some Of The Responsibilities Would Include

  • Engage prospects, qualify leads, and drive growth through direct outreach and relationship building.
  • Requires expanded knowledge and experience in own area; incumbents are still acquiring higher-level knowledge and skills
  • Builds knowledge of the company, processes and customers
  • Solves a range of straightforward problems (administrations, prepare documents, prepare sales cadencies, writing proposals, helping with invoicing clients, SalesForce activities etc)
  • Analyses possible solutions using standard procedures
  • Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction

Ideal candidate would be expected to perform mainly straightforward assignments, using prescribed guidelines to resolve problems, building knowledge in their area of expertise.

Qualifications

  • Understands key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work
  • Solves standard problems by analyzing possible solutions using experience, judgment and precedents
  • No supervisory responsibilities but may provide guidance to new associates
  • Explains information to others in straightforward situations
  • Requires expanded conceptual knowledge in own area of expertise while developing additional skill sets
  • Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team; works within guidelines and policies
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; relevant certifications or advanced coursework preferred.
  • Initial Media Experience: You bring 1 to 3 years of professional experience within the media, advertising, or marketing landscape and understand how campaigns, channels, and audiences connect.
  • Agency DNA: You are well-acquainted with the fast-paced nature of the agency business, familiar with its unique workflows, and can keep a cool head when priorities shift quickly.
  • Communication Champ with Grit: You possess excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), have no fear of picking up the phone, and know how to win people over with your enthusiasm.
  • Structured & Proactive Mindset: You are highly self-motivated, organize your workload independently, and maintain a sharp eye for detail when it comes to data quality and presentation layout.
